The analysis will help an agency that provides temporary workers to clinics and hospitals to each of the 50 states in the US, to create a staffing plan for the upcoming influenza season. The analysis will test the hypothesis that the more vulnerable population (under 5 years old and over 65 years old) in a state the higher the death risk.
